Code Red 4.0 Triathlon, hosted by ACIC-VGU Foundation, was a dynamic and immersive innovation event held from October 24 to October 27, 2024, at Vivekananda Global University (VGU), Jaipur. Designed to bridge the gap between creative ideas and real-world applications, the event brought together students, professionals, and early-stage innovators from across India.
The event featured two flagship competitions:
🔹 72-Hour Hackathon:
A high-intensity coding marathon where participants tackled real-world challenges using technology, data, and creative thinking. Over the course of three non-stop days, teams developed innovative tech-based solutions to problems related to grassroots industries, sustainability, and livelihood enhancement. The format encouraged critical thinking, collaboration, and rapid prototyping under pressure.
🔹 48-Hour Design-a-thon:
Running parallel to the Hackathon, this segment focused on sustainable design and creative reuse. Participants were challenged to build entrepreneurial concepts from waste materials, digital assets, or virtual design tools. The goal was to craft eco-conscious business ideas with social and environmental impact, particularly in sectors like craft, handicrafts, fashion, and agriculture.
🎯 With ₹5,00,000 in total cash prizes, Code Red 4.0 became one of the most exciting innovation events in the region. Beyond the competition, the event provided an opportunity for deep learning, community building, and purposeful creation.
Participants left not only with rewards and recognition, but with a renewed sense of purpose, resilience, and actionable ideas that could contribute to a more sustainable and inclusive future.
